An intensive two-day hands-on workshop jointly organized by CII and the IITD-AIA Foundation for Smart Manufacturing (IAFSM). The workshop combined conceptual learning with practical labs on predictive maintenance, defect detection, data readiness and a 90-day AI implementation roadmap.
